Online purchases can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. We kindly ask that all items are returned to us in original condition. Please contact us quoting your order number to arrange an exchange or return. Please note that customised items are not eligible for exchange or return. 

We will be delighted to welcome you to our store located in Narellan to collect your online order. Simply select ‘collect in store’ during secure checkout. You will be contacted when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID upon collection.  

Yes, if you would like to nominate someone to collect your order on your behalf, please contact us stating your order number and the name of the person collecting your item/s. For security, the nominated person must present a copy of your order confirmation and their valid photo ID upon collection. 

Please visit our store to have your finger size accurately measured in person. Our experienced team will be happy to assist you in ensuring you have the correct ring size. 

Our workshop is located on premises in Narellan. Depending on current demand and job scale our repair turnover is approximately from 3 business days. 

If you plan on custom making an engagement ring, we recommend allowing 3-4 weeks to ensure that your designed ring is made up to your expectation. We recommended booking an appointment with our Master Jeweller Jim, to further discuss your vision.  

If you plan on purchasing a ring as a surprise, we recommend visiting our store with an existing ring so you may have to have the size estimated. We also offer resizing of the ring on premises. 

You will receive an order number that will include a tracking number of the item once it has been dispatched. We also kindly ask that you contact us to have a live progress update on all orders. 

All warranty jobs must be assessed by our qualified jewellers, any breakage from mishandling or wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered faults. We are not responsible for any breakages. In order to maintain warranty coverage on your jewellery, it is recommended that you follow the aftercare procedures (link to aftercare instructions).

Yes, all craftsmanship is completed in store at our workshop located in Narellan. 

Our team of 20 work together to ensure precious jewellery is well protected during the time it is with us.  

Diamond World Fine Jewellery are proud suppliers of GIA diamonds, once you have purchased your precious jewellery, you will receive a hard copy of your diamond certification outlining your stones specifics. As a complimentary service, we offer independent valuations of fine jewellery purchased from us.
